A bright golden oil with a characteristic smooth and sweet taste, typical of the ‘Empeltre’ variety of olive that goes into this oil.
Bitterness and a mild hint of spiciness. Predominantly ripe olive flavour. Ideal to be used raw: blending in well with the other ingredients without overwhelming them; or cooked: an excellent choice for fried food, while leaving the flavour of the food unchanged.
Keep in a dry place, away from the light and at room temperature.
Consume: preferably within 12 to 18 months.
Available in 250ml., 500ml. and 750ml. glass bottles. Also available in plastic bottles.
